Dust Free Bleaching Powder, or dust-free / dust-free bleaching powder from Toujours Trend. Ideal for any kind of bleaching, color removal or highlighting. It makes it possible to obtain a higher lighting level and uniform results.

Mixing ratio:

Mix the Blondeer with the Oxycreme (10vol (3%), 20vol (6%), 30vol (9%) or 40vol (12%)) for the desired result. The mixing ratio is 1 part blonde and 2 parts hydrogen.
