Application note:
With this eyeliner you can trace your outer eye contour as desired. You can apply it by itself, before applying the eyeshadow and after applying the eyeshadow without a problem. Close tightly after each time you use it. If you hold the eyeliner horizontally you get thin lines of 0.6 mm, and holding it vertically you get flat lines up to 3.0 mm
